My client a leading international organisation is recruiting for a German speaking Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with prior customer support experience and strong trouble shooting skills.
Responsibilities will involve to providing Technical support to the companies customers by telephone, email and live chat as well as troubleshooting simple to complex hardware and software issues.
Due to the international nature of this company fluency in German is key.
To be successful for this role applicants would have good networking skills along with having experience in providing hardware or software support.
Any cisco certification would be a strong bonus.
In return this company will offer a permanent post, a salary of up to 27000 depending on experience, benefits and excellent training.
