With EU head office in Northern Switzerland and Europe wide established business / facilities, our client is considered as one of top players in that industry.
Today, on behalf our client we are looking to hire multilingual Finance professional for the challenging position with corporate head office with main focus on Central European Business reporting to Director Finance / Administration.
Financial Officer (f/m) Central Europe Business
The Position holder will be engaged in different challenging tasks within Accounting, Business development, Human Development and General Administration
The purpose of this international oriented position is to support our subsidiaries in several countries in
Your major responsibilities are:
• Operational coordination of the international network of service partners in order to ensure correct and on-time delivery of all duties in the area of accounting and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies as well as local guidelines and legal provisions in
the field of finance, tax and labour law in cooperation with service partners.
• Coordination and support regarding the collaboration with the international banking network.
• Short and mid-term financial planning as well as provision of the necessary funds.
• Responsibility for the area of contract administration, insurance, risk management and fleet
Management.
• Contribution and independent assistance within projects in the mentioned areas e.g. Boutique
Openings and expansion into new markets.
Requirements for this job:
- Ideally you are looking for a challenging position in an international environment
- you have a structured way of working, target focused and equipped with a solution-oriented mind
- Able to balance your dedication to details with a pragmatic approach when and where required
- a professional with strong communication skills and solid IT affinity
- you have a solid educational background followed with number of years working experience
- in the area of Finance & Administration.
- Moreover, you convince with excellent social and intercultural competencies and you are
- fluent in both English and German.
